Please note the following: 1. Lubricate the o-ring with silicon grease and use the provided wrench to prevent leakage. For first-time installation, you may find helpful instructional videos on "whole house water filter" on YouTube. 2. Protect the filter housing from freezing. 3. This filter housing has a maximum operating pressure rating of 90 psi. If your water pressure is suspected to exceed 80 psi at any time, a pressure regulator MUST BE INSTALLED before the filter housing to prevent the pressure from exceeding the maximum rating. It is recommended to set the pressure regulator at 60 psi or less. 4. The rubber o-ring provides a water-tight seal between the cap and the sump. Ensure the o-ring is properly SEATED IN THE GROOVE to avoid water leaks.

The product is a standard 10" whole house filter housing, measuring 4.5" in diameter and 10" in height. It is made of high-quality coconut-based activated carbon, a FOOD GRADE MATERIAL, and is designed to remove chlorine, taste, odors, and very fine particulates. The average filter life is 6-12 months or 100,000 gallons, depending on usage and water quality.

This product is available in a pack of 4 filters. It is compatible with most 10-inch standard-sized whole house filter housings, so you don't need to worry about finding the right fit.
