Simple Whole House Water Filter System for Home

This 10-inch clear standard whole-house water filter system with a pleated sediment filter features 3/4-inch inlet and outlet brass ports. It is excellent for removing chlorine, sediment, odors, and many other chemicals and contaminants, helping to extend the life of washing machines, water heaters, and other household appliances. The filter effectively eliminates various impurities from tap water, making it ideal for use in swimming pools, homes, farms, private wells, restaurants, spas, and trickle irrigation systems, providing sparkling clean and great-tasting water throughout the whole house.

The filter is made of resin-impregnated cellulose and polyester media pleated around a polypropylene core for strength. The pleated design provides an amplified surface area and extended filter life. The pleated sediment cartridge is washable and reusable, removing undesirable particles and chemicals from water through a semipermeable barrier, adsorption, or biological processes. It is recommended to replace the cartridge two times a year, depending on water quality. The system includes the cartridge, bracket, wrench, and screws.

The filter housing can accommodate a 10-inch carbon, sediment, GAC, or pleated sediment filter cartridge. The housing cap is screwed into the provided bracket, and the housing body is then screwed into the cap. The bracket holds the system together by having the housing cap attached to it. The system also comes with screws and a wrench for easy replacement of the filter cartridge.

This 10-inch whole-house filter system is compatible with various standard filter cartridges, including Harmsco 801-50 and 801-50W, American Plumber W50PE, DuPont WFPFC3002, Watts FM-50-975, Aquasana EQ-PFC.35, Neo-Pure PS-27097-50, Whirlpool WHKF-WHPL, Hydronix SPC-25-1050, and ECP10-1. For best performance, it is recommended to use the original RONAQUA cartridges.

The filter system is also compatible with the following housings: DuPont WFPF38001C, WFPF13003B, Culligan WTR Filter HF-360A and HF-150A, American Plumber WC34-PR, Geekpure RO5-FH10, Hydronix HF3-10CLBK34, and EcoPure EPW2.
